Administration Assistant
Part Time 20-25 hours a week Monday - Thursday
£11 per hour

We are looking to recruit an experienced Administrative Assistant to join a busy team based in Rochdale, someone who is also confident in entering sales invoices. The role is part time 20-25 hours per week and will be for a 12 month contract to cover maternity leave although there is a possibility that this role can become permanent.
The perfect candidate will be a good all-rounder with experience using Sage accounts, use of Microsoft Word and Excel spreadsheets. (MUST HAVE USED SAGE)
Primary Responsibilities
Placing orders with suppliers
Entering purchase and sales invoices onto the system (Sage)
Booking in deliveries
Chasing outstanding orders
Getting quotes for new items
Costings
Stock control
Arranging transport for deliveries
Material certificates
Accurate data entry
The person will also be required to cover some basic accounts duties during holidays which will mainly be entering invoices.
Ideal person:
A strong administrator or an accounts administrator with a confident telephone manner, happy to speak with customers over the phone and have accurate data entry skills.
This is a great company with modern offices, working in quite a small administrative team therefore, we are looking for a self-starter who is able to prioritise their own workloads well.
