SAI Mitcham Ltd is an RAC approved garage based in South London. We specialise in MOTs, services, diagnostics, body work and car sales.
We are hiring a full time office manager.
The job role entails the following:
Assisting the management team with daily scheduling and assignment of MOT tasks and responsibilities; Coordinate schedules, MOT appointments and vehicle service bookings; Deal with office correspondence through all channels pertaining to customer matters, accounts, sales data, and financial documents; Organise company events and meetings; Handling customer inquiries by coordinating with the team and to deliver the best service; Ensuring adherence to office procedures, policies, and operations; Use a range of software, including email, spreadsheets and databases, to ensure the efficient running of the office; Delegate work to staff and manage their workload and output; Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment.
