Are you an Administrator looking for a new challenge, working within a HR environment?
Working in our HR Ops team. which is part of our government CITB (Construction Industry Training board) function, we have an exciting opportunity, and we are on the search for individuals who can add to our fast growing team, and bring a new dimension to an already existing successful team. In this role no two days are the same!
As an Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for administrative, operational and/or technical activities within our CITB department. You will provide a range of straightforward, routine services as part of the team. This may involve responding to routine queries and referring any unusual or non routine situations.

We offer a hybrid working pattern whereby you can work from the York site for 2 days a week and 3 days from home!

What you'll be doing:
Dealing with enquiries whether that is making calls, answering telephone, emails, queries, taking messages or processing transactions.
- Carry out administrative work to the highest quality with attention to detail
What you’ll bring:
Ability to work independently in a hybrid fixed pattern

Ability to manage your own workload reacting to changing circumstances and meet deadlines

Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- The desire to be part of a successful team
It would be great if you had:
Experience of working in a finance environment
- Experience of creating invoices

Salary - £22,145 inclusive of 3% flex fund
