Our client seeks an Administration Assistant to support with a range of general tasks across their business. This role will give you access to senior management and work closely with decision makers.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Perform data entry, manage files, and maintain office supplies
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
Skills:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
