Job description
We are looking to recruit a full-time Administration Assistant. The job will primarily be the first point of contact for telephone callers and visitors to the office and the resulting administration. You will also be booking appointments for the sales staff and service engineer.
The ideal person will be an enthusiastic, confident individual who can work at the heart of a small, very busy team. If you are committed to delivering a high quality, customer focussed service and can work under pressure showing your own initiative we'd love to hear from you!
You will need to have an administrative background, competent I.T. skills as well as being extremely organised.
37 hours per week.
9am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am - 4.30pm on Fridays.
28 days paid holiday (which includes Bank Holidays).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,202.00 per year
