**This is an office based role in Thurrock, Essex, we do not offer WFH or remote working for this role.
ElectroMarket is an online retailer looking for a full-time sales operative to join our fast-paced and ever-expanding team. Experience with DJ/PA equipment and/or home audio would be beneficial, but not a deal-breaker, as long as you are motivated and have an interest in audio equipment, full training and development will be provided.
Sales team members require good self-motivation and the job needs an individual able to push themselves, and who is willing to learn and improve on a daily basis. This position requires a good mix of technical knowledge, a friendly phone manner, and experience using a computer.
This demanding yet rewarding role offers a negotiable starting salary depending on experience and offers the perfect chance to either have a total change of career or to progress further in the AV retail industry.

A successful applicant will have:
Role Includes
- Liaising with customers by telephone, webchat and email, advising and providing technical support to close sales.
- Liaising with multiple suppliers to provide the correct solution for the customer.
- Completing daily sales tasks.
Skills Required
- Good work ethic and be able to work under pressure
- Apply logic to product selection, system design and day to day tasks
- Be a quick learner, motivated and willing to go that extra mile to progress and become the very best you can be.
- A decent understanding of maths.
- Good phone manner and ability to sell with confidence
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
