Are you an experienced Administration Assistant looking for a new opportunity within a luxury fashion brand? Our London Head Office is looking for a positive and friendly Administration Assistant to provide excellent administrative and organisational assistance for the Property and Services department based in our Covent Garden Head Office.

Please note this is an office-based role and does not allow remote working.

What you'll be doing:
  • To be responsible for the filing of all information and record keeping as required.
  • To be responsible for invoicing. Raising PO’s and migrating to accounts and maintaining the PO record documentation. Processing the department credit card expenses.
  • To make any arrangements, bookings and communications requested by the Facilities Department.
  • To order any supplies and materials as requested by the Property and Services Department ensuring optimum cost and efficiency is achieved at all times.
  • Provide holiday and absence cover for head office reception.
  • Be available in the office on a daily basis to monitor any day-to-day facilities items and requests.
About You:
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise to set deadlines. Staying calm under pressure.
  • Accurate and methodical approach with the ability to confidently multi-task.
  • Able to delegate tasks and efficiently solve problems.
  • Proven experience of building effective working relationships with people at all levels.
  • Trustworthy with confidential information.

Your Experience and Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
  • Competent administrative experience within a busy office environment.
  • Previous experience of liaising with external suppliers on a regular basis.
  • Knowledge of invoices and PO’s.
  • Experience of covering a busy reception.
