A successful wealth manager looking to add an administration assistant to assist with operational duties and client services.
Job Description
- Prepare documentation for Client on boarding.
- Updating client records on CRM.
- Resolve queries from clients either by verbally or in writing promptly, referring investment related queries to qualified staff.
- Onboarding, Transfers, Payments, Account amendments and data maintenance, Reporting, Closures and Estate distribution).
- Type and produce accurate documentation in the agreed format, including letters and emails, editing and correcting as necessary.
- Create/amend presentations or meeting packs for trustee/client meetings using appropriate IT system (PowerPoint, Excel and other relevant [Client] systems).
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have experience as an administration assistant or a similar role within financial services.
