Join us in this role where you’re part of a team of delivering coordination across sites globally and where you’ll have a central involvement in the administrative tasks of the Global Offshore Management System, various tracking applications, purchasing and invoicing, as well as providing assistance to the Marine Inspection and Emergency Response departments.

You’ll be part of Marine & Helicopter Coordination Centre where you, together with your colleagues, will provide services Globally across all sites in construction, many sites in Development and also in Operation, providing coordination services of all onsite maritime and aeronautical activities and thereby ensuring safety of movement for all vessels, helicopters, and people around the site. The team is fifteen strong within the Centre, with a further eight people in associated departments which you’ll also engage with. As a team, we maintain a high standard of operations, through ongoing professional development, knowledge sharing and experience, and working across the organisation with a customer-centric approach.
You’ll play an important role in:
- overseeing general administrative tasks for the Global Marine & Helicopter Coordination Centre, Marine Inspection, and Emergency Response
- supporting the department in administrative tasks in its various operating systems
- handling purchasing and invoicing
supporting various projects with centralised administrative tasks, as well as other tasks determined as and when relevant.
To succeed in the role, you:
- are familiar with Microsoft Office administrative applications
- can create and utilise an internal contact network
- are an experienced user of financial applications
- can work as part of a team, as well as independently
- are fluent in English, both verbal and in writing.
