The post-holder will have day to day liaisons with the administration team, assisting with their admin needs.
Key responsibilities include support the booking process of the patients’ clinics, ensuring clinics are fully utilised as per policy. Processing efficiently the incoming of referrals meeting the Trust targets.
Answering the telephone and making outbound calls.
Assisting with post, loading documents on to systems. Checking electronic discharge summaries for the team. And any other admin tasks in the directorate.
There will be occasions that you will need to assist the receptionist in directorate.
To ensure patient confidentiality is always maintained.
To provide effective input into the work of the Trust, to support the achievement of our vision and values:
To liaise with the administration Manager to assist with the needs of the service.
Understanding the 18wk RTT pathway and booking patients with the targeted time scales.
Process of the patients’ clinics, ensuring clinics are fully utilised as per policy.
Improving efficiencies for the incoming of referrals and booking appointments
Ensuring Clinics are fully Utilised and filling when patients cancel slots.
Answering the telephone and making outbound calls.
Supporting and following instructions from the Clinic coordinator.
Assisting with post.
Loading documents on to systems.
Checking electronic discharge summaries for the team.
Covering receptionist in directorate.
And any other admin tasks in the directorate
