An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to join the Tayside Nutrition and Dietetic Service. The post holder will support our Dietetic Led Coeliac Service by providing organisational and administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the Community GI Team.
Duties are diverse in range and include typing of clinical reports and correspondence, as well as assisting to manage clinic appointments and maintenance of clinical registers. It is essential you possess excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential for this position. You must have a formal Secretarial/Administrative qualification and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel along with excellent keyboard skills and experience in audio typing. Additional knowledge of nutrition and dietetics with medical terminology would be desirable
Confidentiality will be expected within all aspects of the role.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
