Job description
This role is for an administration assistant at Let's Recycle It, a recycling company.
The role will involve:
- Adding agreed deals to our system
- Booking haulage
- Customs paperwork for export/import clearance
- Maintaining and updating company data on Salesforce
- Monitoring haulage rates
- Canvassing for new hauliers
- Logging details of potential new leads
- Cross referencing supplier invoices received, checking amounts are correct before passing on for payment.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From £25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Romford, RM1 3NH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
