Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the NWL Community Mental Health Team based at Hawthorn Centre, Coalville. The administrative role will be supporting Outpatients Department. The successful candidate will have a confident and sympathetic telephone manner is required as well as an ability to remain calm under pressure, demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Working with existing systems and processes to provide an effective administrative service to the team accurately and maintain administrative systems within specified timescales.
