Service and Parts Receptionist – North West Trucks – Winwick, Warrington
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:30
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Due to continued growth and expansion of Greenhous Group and North West Trucks, we are delighted to share that we are opening a brand new site with state of the art equipment and brand new staff facilities in Winwick, Warrington.
Our new site is creating some great opportunities to join one of the largest automotive groups in the UK and we have an opportunity to join the business as a Service and Parts Receptionist.
What you’ll be doing:
- Answering customers calls/emails for bookings/parts requests
- Dealing with customers face to face
- Pricing up and supplying estimates, obtaining authorisation
- Use of manufacturing and dealer management systems
- Communication with manufacturer, customer and colleague’s as required
- Invoicing and planning of work if and when required
What we need from you:
- Strong administration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly
- Previous experience using invoicing systems
- Positive, proactive approach
- Reliable
- Good understanding of motor vehicle specifications
- Appropriate customer handling
