Job description
We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our Long Covid (Post Covid Syndrome) Service on a fixed term basis.
This is a part time post of 18.75 hours per week. You will be required to input data and notes to the clinical record system, book appointments, deal with queries and calls from patients and other usual admin duties. You will work as part of a very supportive team and training will be provided as needed.

The role is primarily remote working with occasional requirement to attend face to face team meetings and reviews
To provide a comprehensive, effective, and confidential secretarial and administrative service to Dorset Post Covid Syndrome Team
To attend meetings as required and take and transcribe formal minutes at meetings. To have access to team diaries, plan and organise activities and events including meetings and multi-disciplinary meetings with internal and external organisations as requested
To ensure that patient appointments are made effectively and in a timely manner using the Electronic Patient Record
To liaise with other agencies and units including other NHS healthcare Trusts; GP Practices, Social Services and Local Authorities; requesting, providing, and receiving confidential information as directed by the line manager.
