A vacancy has arisen for an Administration Assistant at UHI Shetland.
This role would be part of the wider team providing an efficient and effective administration support service for UHI Shetland staff and students. This full-time role requires a degree of flexibility as there will be a requirement to work in both our Lerwick and Scalloway campuses.
The main areas of responsibility include student records administration, student information systems, general administration and reception duties.
UHI Shetland offers a generous holiday entitlement of 45 days a year (full-time equivalent).
The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG (Children) scheme or undergo a PVG scheme prior to starting appointment.
