Role Overview
The Admin Team Leader will manage teams of multi -skilled administrators within a Bupa Health Clinics centre and deliver all ‘Administrator’ duties as and when required. You will supervise and coordinate all back of house administration requirements ensuring the smooth running of the administration teams and onward requirements of the customer. You will ensure all administration supports the centre requirements in providing an outstanding experience for our customers (adults and children) .
What You’ll Do:
- Proactively deal with all issues which arise in administration matters, be that to do with the customer experience or your team.
- Ensure all administrative staff are aware of customer service standards via induction, team meetings, training of all systems etc.
- Act as the Centre Complaints Handler, being the first point of contact for any customer complaints and logging and responding to these in an appropriate and timely manner with the help of the Centre Manager and clinical colleagues.
- Manage the customer journey, responding immediately to requests accordingly to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Demonstrate and role model appropriate behaviours wit h internal and external customers.
- Ensure that the environment and facilities are in keeping with quality requirements for customers especially regarding data protection and customer dignity.
What You’ll Bring:
- PC literate, excellent knowledge of MS office packages.
- Experience of working within a busy clinical environment (desirable)
- Medical Secretary experience (desirable)
- Some previous leadership experience and people management skills (desirable)
- Customer service experience and highly customer focussed.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
