The ADF Milking system is an innovative, award winning technology product that is helping farmers around the world improve the health of their herds. It reduces the number of mastitis cases, saves time, saves money and increases efficiency in the milking parlour.

This exciting and varied role in our customer service team includes handling orders from customers for supplies and booking service calls as well as being the first point of contact for general customer queries. The role will require the successful candidate to have good numerical skills and/or invoicing experience as well as maintain the ability to deliver high standards of customer service. Fluency in English is required and other languages would be very attractive especially German, French and Spanish.
Tasks to include (but not limited to):
Order Processing
- Process orders in line with agreed customers contracts
- Process inbound orders from approved dealers and non-contract customers
- Order supplies and consumables for customers using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and accounting (Sage / Xero) systems
- Answer incoming calls and emails in both English and German
Customer Management
- Maintain excellent relationships with Customers
- Update CRM database
Contract Management
- Maintain accurate records in Sage, Xero and CRM
- Manage customer contracts including set up, usage monitoring, sending invoices and producing annual usage reconciliation statements
Invoicing / Accounting
- Invoicing sales of new equipment
- Credit control
Skills and Attributes
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
- Administrative and/or Customer Service experience ideally within a B2B environment
- Competent in communicating verbally and in written form in English (and also other languages as specified above)
- Computer literate, Microsoft Word and Excel essential
- Detail orientated
- Ability to learn new systems and applications (full training will be provided on all systems)
- Ability to work in a small team to proactively achieve high output and levels of excellence
- Friendly and outgoing
- Energetic and highly driven with desire to hit targets
- Dynamic, positive, and enthusiastic
- Ability to work productively, efficiently and effectively with initiative and drive whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality
