Godolphin are seeking to recruit an Accommodation Assistant to provide key administrative support to the Accommodation and wider Property team.
Key Tasks
- Supporting the smooth, diligent & efficient running of the Accommodation Team.
- Liaise with relevant parties to arrange maintenance visits & communicate progress reports
- Raising purchase orders on behalf of the team, ensuring the correct budget codes are assigned
- Being an office-based point of contact for the Accommodation team, responding to queries, or taking relevant details and escalating where necessary and appropriate

Supporting the management and maintenance of the Company Portfolio of properties, including:
- Database maintaining, with a high degree of accuracy
- Arranging and notifying relevant parties, (including Security team, tradesmen or visitors) of visits to any of our Company sites
- Responsible for maintaining our occupancy database of the Accommodation portfolio.
- Weekly updating of the housing and guest accommodation lists
- Registering warranties for new appliances
- Creating property files and tenant information packs
- Working alongside the Property Helpdesk team to maintain accurate and up to date property records.
- Supporting the Maintenance & Accommodation Help Desk; receiving and logging fault calls from residents, and arranging for the appropriate course of action for repairs required
- Ad-hoc tasks as required by line management in relation to the effective running of the department and office

Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications
GCSE English & Maths (or equivalent)- IT literate and good working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise work effectively
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative, but also as part of a fast-paced team environment
- Full UK Driving license
