37.5 Hours Per Week (City of Coventry Health Centre)

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our admin team supporting our Children's services on 4th Floor.

The post holders will play an important role within the wider Admin Team to provide efficient and comprehensive administrative support to clinicians and managers within our Children's services. You will work within a skilled mixed Admin Team in the building to support admin and clinical services and duties will include covering reception, telephone and face to face queries , scanning , uploading to our system. You will have excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with internal and external agencies, other staff members, parents/carers and patients.

Weare looking for a compassionate approach to supporting patient care and service improvements. You must be able to build effective working relationships, be approachable and accessible with a flexible approach to work. The essential requirements of this post are good telephone manner, high level communication skills and attention to detail. You will have good organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. We have a full electronic patient record system which is central to our work, so accurate record keeping is critical, and you must be able to concentrate in a busy working environment.

Covering reception

Working with our clinical system (booking appointments data inputting)

Telephone calls

Dealing with queries both face to face and over the telephone
