We are looking to hire an Admin Support Assistant for an industry leading utilities provider. This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation with great training and development opportunities and permanent employment for the right candidate in the future.
ROLE: Admin Support Assistant
PAY RATE: £24,819 per annum (pro rata)
JOB TYPE: Temporary ongoing (minimum 6 MONTHS but permanent likely)
LOCATION: Reading
HOURS: Monday to Friday Days
THE ROLE
- Providing support to the wider team with administration tasks and duties
- Processing declarations
- Raising Refunds for Business Customers
- Dealing with general account health checks (Running credit checks etc)
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
- Good IT skills and be able to use Microsoft packages confidently.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Supportive and self-motivated with excellent time management and organisational skills
- Experience of working in a regulated environment is desirable.
