Newpin are a nationwide cleaning contractor covering retail specific cleaning throughout the UK. Due to the rapid growth of our business, we are now looking for an Admin / Operations assistant to work alongside our Head of Operations and our Regional Managers in Darlington.
Duties will include
- Managing a caseload of cleaning operatives, providing general support when required
- Placing job adverts and hiring cleaning operatives
- Updating spreadsheets
- Communicating with clients
The ideal candidate
- Have great organisational and communication skills
- Work well under pressure
- Be reliable and trustworthy
- Good telephone manner
- Some previous experience in an administrative role
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £26,000.00 per year
Schedule:
