Accommodation Coordinator

Stoke-On-Trent

37.5 hours per week

Davies Group are looking for the accommodation coordinator to join us who will be responsible for sourcing and booking emergency and long term accommodation and removals and storage for policyholders upon instruction from claims handlers, loss adjusters and direct insurance. Maintaining contact with all involved parties and monitoring dates and costs of accommodation in line with ongoing works. You will work from your own diarised WIP of claims, dealing with bookings, extensions, and invoices for each of these. You will work closely with our supplier network, corporate hotel chains, and estate agencies.

What will your day look like:

· Actioning accommodation instructions from claims teams via email (data entry onto our system)

· Dealing with inbound and outbound calls to policyholders, hotels, estate agencies, and our suppliers

· Sourcing and booking accommodation solutions to fit individual requirements

· Appointing our supplier network to deal with accommodation and removals needs

· Creating and issuing payment requests to Accounts

· Creating and issuing invoices

· Maintaining contact with the instructing party and policyholder throughout the life cycle of the accommodation
