We are looking for an experienced admin assistant to join our friendly and fast-growing company. This is a fast paced and varied role supporting our Customer Service and Operations functions. Working as part of the Customer Services team under our Customer Services Manager, this role involves both customer-facing and backend administration tasks.
The right candidate will be able to work quickly and accurately across a range of tasks, and have excellent interpersonal and administrative skills. This position would be ideally suited to a candidate with an administration or finance background with exeperience of working in the health sector. A strong grasp of maths, attention to detail and data management skills are required.

Responsibilities include:
· Back up support to our Customer Services team including answering telephone and email enquiries and escalating issues to the Customer Services management.
· Liaison with suppliers, couriers and our warehouse.
· Use ecommerce and inventory management systems to update orders and returns.
· General administration tasks.
Requirements
· At least two years' experience in an administration role in the health sector.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Commitment to outstanding customer service.
· Attention to detail and accuracy.
· High level of proficiency in Excel; experience of using CRM systems desirable.
· Commercial acumen.
· Ability to work independently.

· Permanent working from home contract. Part time hours to be mutually agreed but must be flexible to allow for holiday cover.
