We are currently recruiting an Admin Assistant to join our fantastic team. The successful candidate will be based at our Engineer Training Site in Birchwood Park, Warrington. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-moving business which has benefitted from recent investment and has strong growth plans.

What will I be doing?
Due to recent successful growth, Notus Heavy Lifting has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to support the team in various accounting and office administration duties.
Some of your daily tasks will include:
- Booking overseas & UK travel / flights, hotels etc
- Processing employee expenses
- Dealing with customer queries on the telephone and in person if required
- Processing purchase ledgers invoices using Xero accounting software
- Checking sales invoices and posting to ledger
- Raising customers quotations
- Completing vendor questionnaires
- Raising Purchase Orders and processing these

What experience do I need?
Our team consists of the best, highly skilled and qualified people and we want our new recruits to have the same attitude, aptitude and appetite for what we do.
Some of your skills/experience may include:
- Experienced in an Administrative or Reception capacity
- Confidence when dealing with all levels of stakeholders, from Engineers to Executive level
- Excellent attention to detail and an eye for numbers
- Tech savvy and confident in using the Microsoft Office Suite
- The ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Happy to multitask and take on various different duties
- Financial administration or accounts experience is ideal but not essential
