Salary: £22,369 - £24,054 FTE (£13,058 - £14,042 pro rata)
We are looking for an Administration Assistant to support the Administration Manager in the day to day running of the reception area at Weston Favell Academy.
The role:
You can expect to be responsible for the smooth running of the front office supporting the Office Manager in a range of administrative and clerical duties such as compiling data and creating and maintaining databases and other computerised systems. You will also be the first point of contact for parent/carers, will deal with incoming and outgoing communications, handle messages and undertake administration tasks for trips and visits, as well as be the health and safety contact.
To be successful, you will be confident, able to multi task, ‘think on your feet’ and have experience of providing a professional administration service in an educational setting with a strong understanding of safeguarding procedures. Team player mentality and ability to work well under pressure is essential.
