Job description

Rare London is a party-wear brand with a global retail footprint and a fast growing online presence. We are looking for a high energy and talented Marketing and Content Creator to work alongside our Managing Director and Head of Marketing to plan and execute a marketing strategy that will take our brand to the next level!

This is an exciting role for someone who has a passion for fashion, eCommerce and marketing. You will have full ownership of our website platforms and responsibility for delivering all marketing activity and campaigns.

Key responsibilities of this role includes:

  • eCommerce Management - Manage and update product information, pricing, promotional offers, imagery and content on our websites and 3rd party stores (Shopify, eBay, etc)
  • Social Media - Create and implement a content-led but engagement-focused social media strategy across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to increase brand awareness and followers, and to maximise website conversions.
  • Influencer Management - Source new influencers and manage existing relationships to drive traffic to our websites and maximise conversions.
  • PR - Seek new earned media opportunities for good news stories, client photoshoots and product placements to build brand awareness (via stylists, magazines, publications, etc).
  • Email Marketing - Create and manage a series of email marketing flows/campaigns designed to maximise the Average Order Value (AOV) and Lifetime Value (LTV) of our customer base.
  • Affiliates - Build out our current affiliate programme to attract new publishers and look for new affiliate programmes to drive additional, target traffic to our websites.
  • Paid Media - Support our paid media agency with the creation and management of Facebook/Instagram ads, Google Ads Google Shopping and Pinterest Ads
  • SEO - Continue to improve the organic performance of our websites through optimising content and by exploring link building opportunities.

You will also be supporting our Head of Marketing with the following:

  • Brand Development- Work with our leadership team, designers and external partners to ensure our product range and all content created (products, photo shoots, etc) is brand-centric and has the Rare London customer at its heart.
  • Analytics and Insight - Manage our data insight programme, using analysis tool such as GA, HotJar, Shopify, etc to uncover opportunities to improve the customer experience and the overall performance of our online stores.
  • Conversion Optimisation - Use data insights to plan and execute A/B and M/V testing of our websites to improve key performance metrics such as bounce rate, add to basket, basket-to-checkout and final checkout.

Personal skills and attributes:

  • Marketing/PR/Media degree (or equivalent experience)
  • eCommerce experience
  • Fashion obsessed and globally aware
  • Passionate about learning and self-development
  • High energy, pro-active and self-motivated

Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
