Admin Assistant
The ideal person will contribute to the future success of the business and further enhance the customer service provided to our customer base. Previous experience thriving in a busy customer facing role along with the unique ability to multitask and handle the unexpected would be beneficial but dedication and an eagerness to learn are essential.
Your responsibilities as the Admin Assitant include but not solely;
· Responding to customer inquiries over the phone and via email.
· Professionally handling incoming calls.
· Input customer orders received via fax and email.
· Support our Sales rep team.
Keep our website up to date with new product and product changes.
As an Admin Assistant, you will have:
· Great IT skills and quick to learn new computer programs.
· Good numeracy and literacy skills, with a keen eye for detail.
· Positive can-do approach and eager to learn.
· Great communication skills both verbal and written.
· A flexible approach to problem solving.
