We're currently recruiting a dedicated Cafe Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major High Street brand on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• To ensure the store is opened and closed, adhering to all brand standards, policies & procedures, ensuring that all brand standards are delivered throughout the shift to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Completing all relevant standards, food & health and safety checks.

Who you are:

Our ideal Cafe Assistant will:

• The type of applications that we would be interested in seeing are from individuals that ideally have a proven track record of delivering a profitable sales success ideally within a catering environment but we are also open to see candidates that have a demonstrable customer service experience within a retail food environment.

  Also important is experience in the mentoring and development of their staff, achieving consistent high audits outcome, profit protection, labour management and GP. Excellent interpersonal capability.
