Brentwood Auto Spares Ltd are recruiting for an Admin Assistant to join our fast-paced office, based in Chelmsford, Essex.
Weekly Pay
Immediate Start available
Key responsibilities will include:
*Answering the phone and dealing with enquires from customers, insurance companies and our recovery drivers.
*Responding promptly to emails
*Paper keeper duties, data input, filing, correspondence, post duties, etc.
*Invoicing
*Attention to detail dealing with End-of-life vehicle processes
*Liaising with clients, customers, and Policy holders in a professional manner
*Flexibility and adaptable to change as other duties may be required of you in your daily role
Successful candidate must:
*Be proficient in using computers Inc. Outlook & Excel
*Be an exceptional communicator, both over the phone and in all written communications (e.g. email)
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment whilst retaining attention to detail.
*Be a fast learner and adaptable to learning internal software packages and online portals
*Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times
*Have good telephone manner and be able to communicate in all situations in a polite and professional manner
*Have the ability to remain calm under pressure
*Be self-motivated and be able to priorities tasks
