What you’ll do;

  • Manage and improve the guest and third-party agent payment processes to ensure all balances are paid by their due dates and prior to departure for our growing UK and US businesses, chasing where necessary.
  • Daily posting and reconciliation of receipts to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Provide exceptional customer service (internal & external) and build effective working relationships with our colleagues, stakeholders and customers.
  • Take a proactive approach within team and the business to continually review and improve finance processes and procedures.
  • Assist in the month end and year end process through processing data and completing reconciliations, identifying and resolving errors to ensure accuracy of financial information.
  • Support the management and processing of Company Credit cards and Expenses.

What you’ll bring;

  • A passion for our business and travel.
  • Previous accounts receivable experience.
  • Excellent Communication skills with individuals at all levels
  • Experience of working with NetSuite or similar accounting package.
  • Skill in dealing with suppliers and customers.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Problem solving skills and an ability to think outside the box to identify ways to improve processes.
  • Skilled user of MS packages, most specifically Excel.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to situations in a fast-growing business.
