Job description
Butler Green Enhanced Intermediate Care Unit is looking for two dedicated, enthusiastic members of staff to work as part of our fantastic Team. The hours are part time, 18.75 per week.
This interesting and varied role requires the post holder to be committed to teamwork, whilst also having the ability to work well on their own using their initiative based on knowledge and experience.
This service can be extremely busy and demanding, therefore, the post holder must possess the ability to manage a variety of tasks and be able to prioritise accordingly.
You must be able to accurately input data and be courteous on the telephone.
To provide a comprehensive administration service to support all functions of the team.
The post holder will be required to undertake a range of tasks including being the first point of contact for service users, accurately recording data onto a clinical system, ensuring the timely transfer of referrals and messages using different methods of transfer and maintaining a confidential and patient focused service.
Please note that this service runs 365 days of the year, 7 days a week, and as such involves working weekends & Bank Holidays on a rota basis.
