An exciting opportunity has arisen at Serendipity Counselling to provide administrative support to counsellors and clients to assist in the smooth running of the York practice
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Referrals – consolidating referrals via email, telephone and text to provide a highly professional telephone call back service. Keeping a log of all incoming calls and enquiries. Accurate enquiries ensuring the appropriate people are aware of the messages. Taking client referrals and bookings. Dealing with payments and ensuring referrals have been added to the correct counsellor calanders.
- Assisting with all other office management and administrative duties as requested.
The successful candidate will be smart, friendly and be devoted to providing each client with customer satisfaction to ensure return custom.
You must be able to come into the York practice at the start of the week and work flexibly on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate a proven track record working with a team to provide high quality administration support, sales and customer service with experience of supervisor/ managerial work desirable.
Excellent customer service is a must and candidates should demonstrate their experience, accomplishments and skills when applying for the role.
Ideally you will have some knowledge and understanding of working within a highly professional environment, respecting client privacy and handling of sensitive information.
The position is part time covering up to 10 hours a week with the potential to grow the role.
In addition, it would be an advantage if you have:
- Client facing experience
- Ideally, A minimum of 2 years’ administration experience
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
