We are looking for a Finance Assistant – Accounts Receivable to join the team at our centre based in Waterlooville.

As the Finance Assistant – Accounts Receivable you are responsible for ensuring accurate invoices are issued promptly to insurance companies and patients.

What you’ll do:

Ensure receipts from insurance companies and patients are banked and recorded accurately
Undertake all administrative activities required, provide excellent customer care and to support the Accounts Receivable Supervisor when required

What you’ll have:

Experience and skills:

Previous experience of working within a finance department
Strong communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Able to work to deadlines
Ability to multitask and prioritise
Confident, approachable and strong team working skills
Team Player

Qualifications and Knowledge:

Knowledge of an Accounts Receivable function
Understanding of customer care
Desired but not essential, currently studying an accounting qualification
GCSE and or A Level qualifications
Able to use Microsoft office suite
