We are looking for a Finance Assistant – Accounts Receivable to join the team at our centre based in Waterlooville.
As the Finance Assistant – Accounts Receivable you are responsible for ensuring accurate invoices are issued promptly to insurance companies and patients.
What you’ll do:
- Ensure receipts from insurance companies and patients are banked and recorded accurately
- Undertake all administrative activities required, provide excellent customer care and to support the Accounts Receivable Supervisor when required
What you’ll have:
Experience and skills:
- Previous experience of working within a finance department
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work to deadlines
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Confident, approachable and strong team working skills
- Team Player
Qualifications and Knowledge:
- Knowledge of an Accounts Receivable function
- Understanding of customer care
- Desired but not essential, currently studying an accounting qualification
- GCSE and or A Level qualifications
- Able to use Microsoft office suite
