Accounts Receivable Manager
The Role and the Team

We continue to grow in the UK and as a result, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join the team and help us develop the AR function.
As AR Manager you’ll nurture a team of 3 and take ownership for the AR function, reviewing our processes and introducing new initiatives to develop the team and support the wider business. This is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark!

What You’ll Do
· Take ownership of the accounts receivable function, evolving it in line with business growth
· Manage a team of 3 and support them with their development
· Make recommendations to improve processes and introduce new initiatives and projects
· Improve communication and reporting with our Partnerships team, and provide support with account renewals and performance
· Own the KPIs and report to key stakeholders on debtors, pending/declined commission and any cashflow risks
· Manage the accounting system and CRM system integration development and maintenance
· Support with debt chasing escalations from the team
· Responsible for month end reconciliations of customer accounts
What You’ll Bring
· Prior experience managing and developing an AR team and inspiring success
· Proficiency with pivot tables and v lookup in Excel. Knowledge of Dynamics 365 would be a bonus
· Experience of reporting on key AR metrics to stakeholders, and the ability to communicate effectively with non-finance colleagues
· Capability to implement change successfully, working to tight deadlines
· AAT Level 4 qualification would be desirable
· Knowledge of the affiliate or digital marketing industry would be beneficial
