About the role:
A vacancy has arisen for an Accounts Payable Clerk based at our Finance Department in Shropshire House, Central London.
Duties will include processing a high volume of supplier invoices, ensuring timely payment of suppliers and maintenance of the purchase ledger for several subsidiary companies both accurately and in accordance with strict deadlines.
The role will include liaising with Managers to understand any issues they have with invoices and then with suppliers to resolve any queries effectively and promptly. The successful candidate will also obtain copy invoices as necessary, reconcile supplier accounts to statements on a monthly basis and provide aged creditor listings for audit purposes. Accounts Payable Clerk with experience of multi entities and different VAT treatments.
