Our well established client, based on the outskirts of Newbury, Berkshire is recruiting for a methodical and personable accounts professional, to join their friendly team.
The role will include accounts payable, employee expenses, assist with general ledger duties and support with month end closing on a permanent basis.
The duties will include processing large volume supplier invoices, uploading exchange rates for multiple currencies, daily bank reconciliations, preparing pre payments, cross checking calculations, dealing with queries and payments, monthly integrity checks, processing all expenses and credit cards and training new users on the expenses system.
As the ideal candidate you must have strong AP experience, great attention to detail, and confident Excel Skills. Experience with Concur would be advantageous.
Due to the location, own transport is essential.
