Job description
Acting as the point of contact for all accounts enquiries, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial activities. This role is primarily work from home but you will be required to attend weekly meetings with the CEO and General manager.
Responsibilities
Acting as the main accounting liaison and point of contact for suppliers you will ensure our accounting and financial information is complete, accurate and auditable. You will be responsible for the presentation of monthly management accounts and quarterly VAT returns. Ad-hoc reports may be requested by the CEOWe have a small team of financial assistants who complete data input tasks and Quickbooks management. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all tasks are completed on a weekly basis. This will be a part-time role - approx 10 - 15 hours a week.

Experience
Experience with Quickbooks Online is essentialDataflow Systems may be brought in during the summer but full training will be provided if you have not used this before.Experience managing tasks for a small teamExperience creating management accounts and the ability to explain these in a concise manner.Experience submitting VAT returns using QuickbooksExperience in the travel industry is desirable but not essential
Skills & Qualifications
Although a formal qualification is not necessary you must be able to demonstrate the ability and experience mentionedA PC and working internet connection is essentialYou will also be required to attend weekly meetings in St Brelade
