Job description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to clients for various purposes such as account updates, payment reminders, and resolving billing issues
- Analyze client accounts to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Maintain and update client records in the database
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve department goals and targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound calling or customer service role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues
- Proficient in using computer software and applications, including MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and analysis
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary: £25,916.00-£28,590.00 per year
