An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Accounts Team at Repose Furniture. We are looking for a self-motivated and driven individual. This role is perfect for someone with experience or would suit an individual looking to progress in their Accounts career.
Your main duties and responsibilities will be:
- Providing full support to our accounts team
- Raising sales Invoices
- Matching purchase orders/ delivery notes to purchase invoices & sales invoices
- Price checking
- Monitoring email in-box
- Answering incoming accounts calls
- Any ad-hoc admin duties as and when required
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Previous admin experience would be desirable however this is not essential as full training will be provided
- A keen interest in accounts with the desire to learn and develop
- Strong attention to detail
- Good maths skills
- Good IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic and work as part of a team
- Sage 50 or above – Not essential, training can be given
- A keen eye for detail with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
