HPR UK is a specialist recruitment company which provides skilled personnel to the Offshore Construction, Renewables and Oil & Gas Industries.
We are looking for a part-time Accounts Assistant (22.5 hrs/week) for our Thainstone office. Salary £22,000 - £26,000 (pro rata).
This is an administrative role within the Accounts department.
Responsibilities include to:
· Chase external POs required from clients.
· Enter jobs onto SAP/B1 based on the recruiter forms.
· Process sub-contractor invoices/timesheets through to payment and invoicing.
· Cover for other members of the team when on leave or sick.
· Any ad hoc queries.
Skills and Experience
· Word & Excel experience.
· Experience of working within a finance package.
· Good communication skills, especially email.
· Accurate.
