We are a very popular authentic Mexican restaurant based in Ware, Hertfordshire. We are looking for a live-in full time chef.We are looking for fun, dynamic, skilled kitchen staff who will embrace the ethos by which we work and the authenticity of our brand. This is the perfect opportunity to join a fast growing restaurant brand enabling you to grow and nurture with the business as it expands, and to learn from one of the best Mexican Head Chefs in the country.The successful candidate will need to have a minimum of 1 years experience working in a kitchen and preferably have experience in prep and on a grill, on the job training will be given.As a Chef you will be there to assist the Head and Sous Chef in preparation and service. You will be asked to follow specific recipes and be fully trained in the preparation of Mexican food. You will also be expected to take charge of a position on the line, again with full training.Our restaurant is renowned for producing fresh authentic Mexican food so the successful candidate will need to be able to prepare our dishes from scratch as well as work in a fast paced, hardworking kitchen during service.Your hours will vary between 40 and 50 hours per week.
