Job description
- Ensuring all monies are banked on a daily basis in accordance with Company procedure and ensuring any Sales/Vehicle/Purchase/Nominal Ledger transfers are completed according to company procedure.
- Processing all relevant transactions including warranty credit notes and Sales Ledger invoices and ensuring payments are made in line with supplier’s terms
- Reconciling all individual purchase ledger accounts to supplier statements
- Undertaking all training and development to improve job-related skills
- Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all Retail personnel
- Providing the Financial Controller with necessary cashflow data
- Ensuring all work completed complies with JCB Group, manufacturer and industry guidelines
