Job Description
This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing technology, marketing and support services business with circa 80 staff based in Didsbury, South Manchester. Founded in 2004 we have grown year on year and have established ourselves as a leader in our field.
The Accounts Assistant has the primary objective of providing administrative support to the finance team. Duties include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities and duties
- Processing supplier invoices.
- Verify payments for the cashier department prior to submission.
- Completion of monthly processor reconciliations in various currencies
- Completion of bank reconciliations in various currencies.
- Provide support to the Finance team in other ad-hoc accounting activities.
The successful candidate will possess
- Be a confident communicator at all levels
- Be a keen learner with a drive to succeed
- Have experience in a similar position - Desirable
- Be confident on MS Excel - Pivot Tables and V-Look-ups - Desirable
- Have experience of Sage – Desirable

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Manchester
