We are seeking an individual who can engage with students and employers and will possess the ability to establish excellent working relationships with students regardless of age, ability, and support needs. You will assess and guide them during their placement to ensure they are learning essential employability skills.
The successful candidate should have the ability to identify opportunities and strong persuasion skills. A driving licence and access to a car are essential as the position will involve visiting employers and students on placement. Previous experience within the Early Years and Education sector would be advantageous
