Job description
This role encompasses the entire purchase ledger role. The successful candidate will be required to process purchase invoices by matching to orders and delivery notes. Make both foreign currency and sterling payments. Reconcile accounts and deal with any queries.
The role also includes the sales ledger functions of credit control so an excellent telephone manner is required. Monthly statement preparation, dealing with queries and liasing with the sales department to resolve issues.
In addition to this you will be required to assist when busy answering telephone calls to customers and processing sales orders.
There will be other ad hoc duties required by the Finance Manager.
