A leading luxury consumer goods company is currently seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their team in South West London. You’ll work closely with the wider accounts team, processing supplier invoices, raising invoices to customers and updating the finance CRM. This is a permanent role offering a salary of up to £30,000 pa, hybrid working, and excellent mentoring and developmental opportunities.

As the new Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Entering, coding, and handling supplier invoices using Dynamics
- Sending payment confirmations, balance reminders, and sales invoices to customers.
- Handling petty cash and inbound payments.
- Managing accounts inbox, processing emails and forwarding where relevant.
- Weekly and daily reconciliation of payments and credit card receipts.
- Handling financial enquiries via telephone and email.
- Assisting with staff expenses and contributing to process improvements. Supporting year-end audits.
To be successful as the Accounts Assistant you should have:
- Good competency in Microsoft Excel.
- 2 years of experience in a finance position.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a keen desire to learn.
Salary and Hours:
- Up to £30,000 pa + benefits.
- Monday- Friday 9am - 5:30pm
