Role:Data Entry/Accounts Admin – Office based role.
Location: Aldridge WS9 0LS

What does the role involve?
- Working within the Central Finance Team you will be responsible for scanning, registering and verification of invoices.
- Managing relationships with suppliers, ensuring all statements are reconciled monthly.
- Raising payments and any month-end duties as required.
- However, with this being a busy and varying role where no 2 days are the same there may be other ad hoc tasks as required.
What skills or experience do you need to join the team?
- You will need to be confident in using Auto Gold and XERO.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent numeracy skills are essential.
- Ideally, you will have experience in a finance role in a high volume environment.
- Experience in the automotive or car retail industry would be ideal but this is not essential.

Salary: £8.04-£11.58 per hour
