The Role:
We’re searching for a digital savvy, commercially minded Marketing Executive to join the Vita Marketing team to support the growth of the NHS Market unit.
With a clear focus on driving our social media profile and exploiting all digital channels, this new role will contribute to marketing activity that focuses on driving awareness of the mental health, physiotherapy and dermatology services Vita provide throughout the UK.
The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with the ability to deliver engaging content and powerful messaging across all digital channels. You'll need to be proactive, a great communicator and full of ideas on how we can reach our local audiences.

The Role:
- Produce engaging multi-media content to use across social media, website and other digital channels, driving follower numbers and engagement.
- Day to day delivery of social media activity, ensuring all campaigns are well planned and executed on-time.
- Manage and develop multiple social media platforms and campaigns including measurement against KPI’s and ROI objectives.
- Effective liaison with internal and external key stakeholders (NHS comms teams) to build strong communication links and exploit partnership opportunities.
- Support Vita’s local NHS outreach teams with appropriate materials and collateral.
- Manage website updates as required (Wordpress platform)
- Manage NHS digital advertising activity e.g. Facebook ads, PPC etc
- Analyse google analytics and other analytics tools to monitor and conduct user analysis in order to make campaign recommendations and prepare regular reports.
- Undertake regular competitor analysis, report monthly.
- Provide strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to be able to collaborate and drive the annual marketing plan forward.
- Participate in the co-ordination of internal and external stakeholder engagement groups
Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Significant demonstrable experience in social media and digital marketing planning and delivery
- Strong creative skills to produce engaging social content
- Ability to use software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and presentational skills with the ability to work co-operatively with both clinical and non-clinical staff to develop effective working relationship
- Proven track record of working calmly and effectively to tight deadlines, sometimes conflicting and sometimes under pressure
- Appropriate awareness of data protection and GDPR implications
- An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion
- Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays on occasion, as and when required
Desirable:
- Experience in digital campaign creation, digital execution and analysis
- Relevant knowledge of the healthcare sector marketing
- Proficient at the use of Mailchimp and Wordpress
- Understanding of social media tool and scheduling systems
- Knowledge of Google Analytics
