Salary: £11 - £12 p/hr

Type: Part-time (3/4 days a week / flexible), Permanent

2Fawcett are recruiting for an account administrator to work for a family run business based in Derby.
Our client prides themselves on the reputation they have built which is reinforced by the expertise and the excellent customer service they provide. Tailoring their service to each induvial client they are well respected within their industry.
Due to retirement, we are recruiting for an accounts assistant to join a passionate finance manager with ample time given for a thorough handover.
The Role & Responsibilities of the Accounts Administrator
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Invoicing
- Bookkeeping
- Producing statements
- Sales and purchase ledger
- Credit control
- Answering queries by phone and email
- Generating figures for end of month reports
- General office duties
- Using MS office and Exchequer.
Requirements of the Accounts Administrator
- Experience within a similar role
- Previous experience working within a family run / SME business would be advantageous
- Exchequer experience would be advantageous
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week
Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
